The Event Callbacks Configurations section allows users to define specific actions and notifications triggered during various stages of a call within the system. Here's an explanation of each setting:

  • Do you want event and callback on call connect?: This checkbox is checked to trigger a callback when a call is connected. The callback URL can be entered for this.
  • Do you want event and callback on call drop?: This checkbox is checked to trigger a callback when a call is dropped. The callback URL can be entered for this.
  • Do you want event and callback on call missed?: This checkbox is checked to trigger a callback when a call is missed. The callback URL can be entered for this.
  • Do you want event and callback on call scheduled?: This checkbox is checked to trigger a callback when a call is scheduled. The callback URL can be entered for this.
  • Do you want event and callback on call completed?: This checkbox is checked to trigger a callback when a call is completed. The callback URL can be entered for this.
  • Do you want to allow change status callback?: This checkbox is checked to trigger a callback when the status of the call is changed. The callback URL can be entered for this.

For each option that requires callback URLs, users can specify the URLs where the system should send the notifications or trigger actions.
